The second semi-final of the ICC tournament was played in Adelaide, Australia, where England captain Jos Buttler won the toss and invited Indian captain Rohit Sharma to bat.
Batting first, India scored 168 runs in the allotted 20 overs and set England a target of 169 runs.

England’s Chris Jordan took 3 wickets, and Chris Woakes and Adil Rashid took one wicket each.
Talking after the toss, Rohit Sharma said that if we had won the toss, we would have batted first.
On the other hand, England’s Mark Wood and David Mullan are not playing today due to injuries.
Yesterday, in the first semi-final, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by 7 wickets to reach the final.
The final of the World Cup will be played on Sunday, November 13 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
