Qamar-ul-Zaman Minhas, a resident of the Kular Syedan area of Rawalpindi, was awarded the Medal of Honor of Hong Kong.
Qamar-ul-Zaman Minhas was awarded the highest civilian honor by the Hong Kong government in recognition of his social services.
Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee presented the award to Qamarul Zaman Minhas at a special ceremony.
It should be noted that Qamar-ul-Zaman has been the President of Minhas Pakistan Community Hong Kong four 4 times.
