French Ambassador has met Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), mutual interest and security situations were discussed in the meeting.
Defense, security cooperation, and the overall regional situation were also discussed in the meeting, ISPR said.
ISPR says that during the meeting, the desire to further increase bilateral relations in all fields was expressed.
On this occasion, the Army Chief said that Pakistan attaches great importance to relations with France, and Pakistan is keen to further expand mutually beneficial multilateral relations with France.
According to ISPR, the French ambassador appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in regional stability and reiterated his commitment to further improve diplomatic relations with Pakistan in all fields.
