A US court has suspended litigation over Twitter’s acquisition at the request of Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
According to the foreign news agency, the court ordered the parties to finalize the agreement by October 28 and if no agreement is reached, the trial can be rescheduled for November.
It should be noted that Twitter is once again ready to sell the company at a price of 54.20 dollars per share after Elon Musk’s takeover.
In a statement released by the company, it confirmed that it had received a letter from Elon Musk expressing its desire to complete a deal to purchase the social media network for $54.20 per share.
