The Transgender (Protection of Rights) Act was unanimously passed by the entire National Assembly except for three members in May 2018. There have been few occasions in our nation when this kind of consensus has been reached, otherwise, in general, disunity and chaos have been written in our destiny.
Fortunately, if the Parliament was united or agreed on an issue, the unelected religious schools of thought outside the Parliament thought that why there should be unity and agreement instead of differences on any issue in this nation. If the Parliament is doing this, then why we Do not crush it with the force of street power and show your power?
Go ahead and read all the twenty-one points of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018. There is no such thing as protection of an oppressed and humiliated section, which can be used as a basis to raise a storm in a teacup. There is not even a single word about male-to-male marriage.
Apart from providing legal identity to transgender people, this law also provides a form of protection against discrimination and harassment and also binds the government with certain obligations such as official documents, identity cards, etc. Card, driving license or passport, etc., third choice jails or special places in hawala, protection centers, welfare responsibility of local government or hindrance in begging, etc.
Likewise, the right to education or inheritance, the right to employment, the right to vote and public assembly, health, property, and other such basic rights. These are all the formal rights that the common citizens of the state have according to our constitution. but it is such a miserable section of our society that different types from birth to death
One has to face hatred, so the need for this act is understandable, i.e. basically it is not a religious issue, but first and foremost an effort to give human rights to a downtrodden class. According to clause 2, the issue of interpretation of transgender Being made Just as transgender means change of sex, intersex gender is a child who is not born per mile, but because of his ambiguous gender identity at birth, he would have been classified as heterosexual or heterosexual. But there are some changes in his physical structure when he grows up, then the tendency of abnormality can be determined in the compatibility of his chromosomes.
As far as transgender people are concerned, they are physically or biologically the same as a man or a woman, but their sexual orientation may be different. cannot be determined, for example, a man-looking person, if medically tested, will prove to be a man, but his inner feelings will be female, which will attract him to a man, not a woman.
There is a woman, even in medical tests she is proven to be a woman, but her internal inclinations are those of men due to natural and instinctive hormones. Even though she is apparently a woman, it is not possible for her to feel attraction to men.
Where in the entire Transgender Act is there any mention of marriage, not necessarily what it appears to be in reality if a person is outwardly female but has instinctively male chromosomes in the internal orientation and gradient and like men? If a man likes to dress up, why do you insist on forcing him, or else you fakely become like women in your outward appearance, if you think that someone is actually a man, his inner tendency is also the same. He belongs to men, but he has become a woman while cheating, so just think with a cold mind, what pride is it for any man to pretend to be a woman?
You shine your politics on some other issue. If transgender is getting a minor right of self-determination, then it is an issue of their life or a basic human right which should not be objected to.
