RIYADH: Earthquake tremors have been felt in the Baha province of Saudi Arabia.
According to the Saudi Geological Survey Authority, the magnitude of the earthquake in the southwestern province of the kingdom was recorded at 3.62 on the Richter scale.
According to the Arab media, the intensity of the earthquake was low, but landslides have also occurred in the mountains due to the tremors in the area, in which a school is reported to have been affected.
A spokesman for the Geological Survey Authority says that the intensity of the earthquake was low due to the epicenter being away from the population, but a team has been sent to ascertain any damage.
