US President Joe Biden has arrived in Israel on the first leg of his Middle East tour.
Arriving in Israel, the US President said that the United States would further advance Israel’s integration into the Middle East and that the US administration was committed to further strengthening US-Israeli ties.
According to US media, during his two-day visit, President Joe Biden will meet with Israeli leaders in Jerusalem.
The US president will also meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank on Friday.
After Israel, the US president will fly directly to Saudi Arabia on Friday, this is Biden’s first visit to the Middle East as US president.
