The accused in the shooting incident that took place in Bani Gala yesterday were taken into custody along with weapons from the residence of PTI chairman Imran Khan.
Police said that PTI workers guarding Imran Khan’s house shot and injured a local man. The incident took place while crossing the road yesterday due to bitter words.
According to the police, Mithal Khan and Arif Marwat had a heated argument with Waleed Abbasi. After the bitter argument, Mithal Khan got out of the car and opened fire on Waleed Abbasi. پر لگی۔
Police officials said that after the firing, the accused took the vehicle to the house of PTI chairman Imran Khan. He was arrested along with his vehicle and weapons.
According to police, an FIR has been registered in Bani Gala police station on the complaint of Waleed Abbasi’s brother.
